Entre China y Espa\u00f1a existe gran complementariedad econ\u00f3mica, que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ha desarrollado muy bien el comercio bilateral entre Espa\u00f1a y China. Sin embargo esta parte de negocio s\u00f3lo ocupa una peque\u00f1a proporci\u00f3n del comercio internacional en todo el mundo y, por lo tanto, sigue existiendo un gran potencial a explorar en este \u00e1mbito.<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_text_separator title=”” el_width=”50″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_single_image image=”1671″ img_size=”full”][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]Entre\u00a0China<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0Espa\u00f1a existe gran complementariedad econ\u00f3mica<\/strong>, que en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ha desarrollado muy bien el comercio bilateral entre Espa\u00f1a y China. Sin embargo esta parte de negocio s\u00f3lo ocupa una peque\u00f1a proporci\u00f3n del comercio internacional en todo el mundo y, por lo tanto, sigue existiendo un gran potencial a explorar en este \u00e1mbito. Por parte del ICBC en Europa, esperamos que la sucursal de ICBC en Madrid pueda jugar un papel m\u00e1s constructivo, promoviendo el comercio bilateral y la inversi\u00f3n entre Espa\u00f1a y China.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]La sucursal de ICBC en Madrid siempre ha estado\u00a0buscando y promoviendo oportunidades de colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0e impulsando una colaboraci\u00f3n de beneficio mutuo entre empresas de ambos pa\u00edses. Hasta ahora, el ICBC en Madrid ha coordinado la financiaci\u00f3n de varios proyectos cuyo valor asciende a miles de millones.<\/p>\n

Entre estos proyectos se encuentra, por ejemplo,\u00a0Cubigel Compressor en Catalu\u00f1a<\/strong>, el cuarto fabricante m\u00e1s grande de fabricaci\u00f3n de compresor comercial de tipo ligero. Hace a\u00f1os, esta empresa se encontraba en grandes dificultades operacionales. En abril de 2013,\u00a0Huayi<\/strong>, el segundo fabricante m\u00e1s grande de compresor de China, realiz\u00f3 la adquisici\u00f3n de dicha empresa en una operaci\u00f3n en la que ICBC en Madrid aprob\u00f3 un pr\u00e9stamo de 21,4 millones de euros, destinados a la adquisici\u00f3n de materiales y la ampliaci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Otro ejemplo lo encontramos en\u00a0Osborne<\/strong>, empresa de referencia en Espa\u00f1a comercializadora de jam\u00f3n, vino y aceite de oliva. La compa\u00f1\u00eda hab\u00eda focalizado sus esfuerzos en el an\u00e1lisis del mercado internacional, explorando posibles colaboraciones con empresas chinas. Conocedores de esta situaci\u00f3n, en septiembre de 2011, el ICBC de Madrid se ofreci\u00f3 a facilitar la intermediaci\u00f3n con empresas chinas, para\u00a0promover el negocio de Osborne en el pa\u00eds.<\/strong>\u00a0Por aquel entonces, Osborne seleccion\u00f3 a ICBC de Madrid como asesor para una posible transacci\u00f3n que acab\u00f3 materializ\u00e1ndose, al final de junio de 2014, con la toma de una participaci\u00f3n de una compa\u00f1\u00eda china.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, ICBC y su sucursal en Madrid siempre han\u00a0colaborado activamente con las entidades gubernamentales de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>, presentando a las empresas chinas oportunidades de inversi\u00f3n en Espa\u00f1a. En enero de 2014, el ICBC y el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior e Inversi\u00f3n Extranjera suscribieron un Memorandum de Entendimiento para la Promoci\u00f3n del Comercio Bilateral entre China y Espa\u00f1a, constituyendo una plataforma de colaboraci\u00f3n para el comercio e inversi\u00f3n entre ambos pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n

En abril, el ICBC de Madrid, el ayuntamiento de Barcelona y el gobierno de Catalu\u00f1a elaboraron el\u00a0Manual Aplicado para Inversores Chinos<\/strong>, con el objetivo de dotar de agilidad a las inversiones de empresas chinas en Espa\u00f1a. Asimismo, en septiembre y con gran repercusi\u00f3n, se celebr\u00f3 el seminario de inversi\u00f3n organizado por ICBC de Madrid y el ayuntamiento de Barcelona.<\/p>\n

El trabajo eficaz del ICBC en Madrid ha sido reconocido altamente por los gobiernos y comunidades locales de Espa\u00f1a. As\u00ed, el\u00a0ICBC\u00a0<\/strong>de Madrid ha recibido los reconocimientos como\u00a0\u2018La Mejor Empresa China en Espa\u00f1a\u2019<\/strong>, por parte de la empresa china en Espa\u00f1a. Asimismo, el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda del Gobierno de Espa\u00f1a concedi\u00f3 al ICBC de Madrid el certificado de honor \u2018Inversi\u00f3n Brillante\u2019.<\/p>\n
